When you choose Eagle Point Coaching, we will follow a structured method to analyze where you are, where you want to go, and how to keep you moving forward and gaining traction toward your goals.
We are not afraid to ask the hard questions that you have not been ready to ask yourself. We will challenge you, encourage you, hold you accountable and help you identify and break through what is holding you back, and together, we will create a path to a more fulfilling future.

How Does This Work?

Free Consultation: This complimentary 30-minute phone session will allow us to get to know each other and learn more about your situation. We will answer any questions you may have and we can discuss the course of action moving forward.

The First Meeting: Once we have decided to proceed, we will have an initial meeting to discuss any further questions, establish a schedule and set the foundation for our coaching relationship. We will then move onto the assessment.

Assessment: Moving forward, a comprehensive life and work assessment is completed to determine where you’re currently at, both personally and professionally. We discuss where you want to be and explore how to get there, keeping your vision and values in mind.

Discovery Phase: At this stage, we will identify any obstacles and discuss options to overcome these challenges. We take our findings from the assessment and start to create an action plan.

Action Plan: This master plan is developed for us to follow in the upcoming months and includes achievable tasks, goals and milestones to focus on. At the end of every session there will be actionable items to keep you moving towards your goals. Sessions will be held on a weekly or bi-monthly basis.

Measuring Progress: At the beginning of each session, we will check in to see where you're at with your action plan, assess your progress and consult on any challenges that arise.

Accountability: Depending on your preference, you may want to email throughout the week as you complete steps in your action plan or you may feel more comfortable waiting for our scheduled meetings. Communication between sessions depends on how you want to work accountability into your framework and what works best for you to stay on track.

The End Goal

Throughout the process you will gain valuable planning and implementation skills and build confidence as you move forward with your action plan. With the support of Eagle Point Coaching, you will overcome obstacles and begin to realize your goals with a solid action plan. After the program, you will have an ongoing plan, new skills and a fresh outlook on life.
